Accommodation fees are to be paid in 3 instalments. As part of accepting the Residence Contract you will also set up the payment plan. The accommodation fees are due on the dates set out in the table below. The instalments can be paid by direct debit from a UK current bank account or recurring credit or debit card. American Express cards are not an accepted payment method.

Alternatively, you may have opted to pay in full and therefore there will be no request for further payment of the accommodation fee. Likewise, if your sponsor has paid, you will have confirmed this on accepting the Residence Contract.

The payment dates set out below are different to semester dates as the Residence Contract starts and ends before the standard University academic semesters. Therefore, payment dates are different to payment period.

*Please note 52 week contracts are usually reserved for family accommodation and the first payment is subject to change depending on the contract start date.
